The Public Laboratory for Testing and Studies (LPEE) is a Moroccan public company specializing in testing, analysis, studies, inspections, expert assessments, and engineering services in Morocco. Established in 1947, the LPEE supports public and private stakeholders in the fields of building construction, civil engineering, public works, industry, the environment, and hydraulics. Its expertise covers geotechnics, construction materials, structures, road, rail, port, and airport infrastructure, as well as hydraulic structures and major projects. The LPEE conducts material characterization and conformity tests, implementation inspections, concrete and asphalt mix design studies, diagnostics, structural monitoring, stability studies, and the reinforcement and rehabilitation of structures. It also operates in the industrial, electrical, metallurgical, security, metrology, and industrial equipment control sectors, offering calibration, certification, auditing, and technical assistance services. LPEE has specialized centers in Casablanca and a network of regional centers and laboratories covering the main regions of Morocco. Thanks to its scientific and technical expertise, LPEE supports project owners, companies, engineering firms, and manufacturers in ensuring the quality, compliance, and sustainability of their projects in Morocco.
